Introducing the SBNB and SBNBL, our new shallow blockout ‘no bump’ with high load capacity and minimal disruption across floor transitions. The floor-to-floor system (SBNB only) is designed to accommodate heavy rolling loads up to Class FL 2 forklift, intended for items such as industrial equipment, airport carts/trolleys, medical equipment, forklifts, landscaping and automobile loads.
Introducing a brand-new floor system with high load capability, low ‘bump’ configuration, and quick shipment. The HDTH fills the gap in the product lineup between the pedestrian loads of our 7500 Series and the higher-end HDNB. This system is able to withstand heavy loads from floor cleaners, hospital loading, scissor lifts, carts, pallet jacks, trollies, slow vehicular traffic, people movers/golf carts, all the way up to Forklift (Class 2). The HDTH is available from 1-4″ joint sizes at ±25% movement.
Our family of Balco Face Seals is getting an upgrade. Through proprietary innovation (patent pending) we are now able to expand the systems of FCWW, FCVS, TCWW, and TCVS with no sag or deflection from 18″ (nominal) up to large seismic joints of 36″ (nominal) at ±100% movement, ideal for exterior soffits and deep recesses.

We have extended the sizes of CM, CMX, 9W wall, 9W roof, FR and LPR to up to 18″ at ±100% movement and up to 24″ at ±50% movement. This provides a better go-to cover solution for medium-to-large joint sizes in roofs and walls.
The ConVerge System (PJC), our floor pan expansion joint assembly, now comes in a standardized smaller size of two inches with ±50% to ±100% movement.
Introducing the BHSF/BHSFL, an extension of the retrofit Balco Hinge System (BHS/BHSL) that accommodates larger joint sizes, up to seismic-level movement with vertical and horizontal shear. The BHSF/BHSFL can open to a max of 24” (12” nominal joint at ±100% movement or 16” nominal joint with ±50% movement), while maintaining capacity for pedestrian loads.
