Ronnie Leonard
CEO and President
Ronnie Leonard, CEO and President of Balco, Inc. began her career with Balco in 1996 as Chief Financial Officer. Ronnie was CFO for 16 years before being promoted to CEO in 2012. She is a graduate of Wichita State University and worked as a CPA with Baird, Kurtz & Dobson and as Controller for National Plastics Color. Ronnie is experienced in leadership as well as a hands on participant in all company operations from production to finance and executive management. She is active in the Wichita community and the Chamber of Commerce and many local charitable organizations. Ronnie holds Board of Director positions at Balco, Inc., Wichita State University Fairy Godmothers, Kansas Global Trade Services and is the Assistant Treasurer of the Ninnescah Sailing Association.
John Harder
Vice President – Sales and Marketing
John Harder has been involved in the architectural products industry for over 18 years in a wide range of roles from estimating and project management to product design and quality assurance. Since joining Balco in 2002, John has provided leadership to many different areas of the business. As Vice President of Operations, John provided guidance to technical services, new product development and manufacturing operations. Currently, John provides strategic direction to the sales and marketing teams’ efforts. John is a graduate of Tabor College with a B.S. in Operations Management.
Steve Cooper
Vice President of Spec Development and Training
Steve Cooper has worked for Balco for 19 years in various capacities in Operations, Engineering, Sales and Executive Management. He is a graduate of the Oklahoma State University School of Engineering and Tabor College of Business. Steve has 30 years of experience in the Architectural products industry with expertise in Expansion and Seismic products, as well as life safety products like Stairwell Egress and Firestop applications. He is active in his community in both personal and business endeavors.
