Metacaulk Intumescent Sleeves
DESCRIPTION: Flexible design of durable galvanized steel outer shell lined with precured dry intumescent that easily conforms to contours of pipes for through-penetrations and angled penetrations, ideal for retrofit and flammable pipes penetrating an uneven concrete fluted deck assembly.
FEATURES:
- Intumescent expands at the exposure of heat, forming a refractory char that tightly seals preventing the spread of flame, smoke and toxic fumes
- Easy installation without modifications, steel bolts or fasteners; fasten with fiberglass tape, pop rivets or hose clamps around pipe
- Economical and saves on labor cost; no measurement of material required

Metacaulk Composite Sheet
DESCRIPTION: Preassembled panel constructed of precured dry intumescent sheet sandwiched between two thin, rigid steel panels, for enclosing large openings and for cutting and forming to custom or irregular shapes. Used for sealing penetrations and/or restoring fire rating to floors, walls and ceilings with penetrating openings, and can be used in conjunction with other Metacaulk products (sealants, putties and collars) to ensure cold smoke seal.

Metacaulk Mortar
DESCRIPTION: Rapid-hardening compound of gypsum and cement for large opening through-penetrations in floors and walls (ideal for cable trays, power cables, fiber optic telephone cables, etc. [not aluminum]).
FEATURES:
- Best combination of workability, strength & fire resistance; safe and simple to use; high yield per pound
- Workable in approximately 45 minutes with non-sag adjustable consistency (pourable or trowelable); no special tools needed to mix or install
- Ideal for large openings containing multiple penetrants

DESCRIPTION: Firestop device that protects through-penetrations for up to 4 hours while providing flexibility to add, re-add or remove penetrants at any time.
