Metacaulk 1000 Intumescent Firestop Sealant
DESCRIPTION: General-use, single-component, intumescent sealant and smoke seal for construction joints & through-penetrations. Cures to elastomeric seal suited to dynamic motion.
FEATURES:
- Intumescent expands at the exposure of heat, forming a refractory char that tightly seals preventing the spread of flame, smoke and toxic fumes
- 3-year shelf life

- Non-sag, flexible cure; cures to an elastomeric seal suitable where dynamic movement is expected
